Registration procedures

Online Application & Deposit Payment

*Register an account and submit your application via the official website (Applicants who are unable to apply online should contact the Secretariat)

*A 50% deposit must be paid within 7 days of the application submission.

Submission of Required Forms

Complete the required forms, including the Exhibitor Directory Listing, Exhibitor Badges, and sigbboard Name.

Forms can be completed or updated through the Exhibitor Portal on the official website until September 11, 2026(Fri.)
03
Final Payment & Additional Service Fees

Complete the payment of the remaining balance and any additional service fees to the designated bank account by September 11, 2026(Fri.)

Raw Space Booth	USD 2,000	Exhibition space only (Minimum of 2 booths required) Exhibitors are responsible for selecting and contracting their own booth construction company. Electricity and other utilities must be ordered separately
Shell Scheme Booth	USD 2,200	Includes : Shell structure, Fascial Board (Company name sign), 3 spotlights, 1 information desk and 1 chair, 1 double electrical outlet(1 kW).
Premium Booth	USD 2,600	Includes : Wooden booth structure, Fascial Board (Company name sign), 3 spotlights, 1 information desk and 1 chair, 1 double electrical outlet(1 kW).
